Do I have any free email accounts with Global Interlink Telecom?
Yes. Global Interlink Telecom gives you up to four email accounts completely free of charge. The first one will be also your login. Apart from that you can create three addtional ones. To set them up all you need to do is log onto our Personal Area
Can I set up my email accounts on a mail client (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook express, etc...)?
Yes. With Global Interlink Telecom you will be able to access your emails comfortably either on our webmail or on your favourite email programme. If you need some help to set up your email account, please visit our Download Centre
Can I use any external account with my G.I.T connection?
Yes. With Global Interlink Telecom you can set up as many external email accounts as you like, as long as your internet services provider does not have any kind of restrictions whatsoever.
How can I know if my telephone as well as the IT equipment installed at my house is working properly?
You can check if your telephone is working simply by having a quick look at our Download Centre.
What can I do if after following all the steps shown on the Download Centre I still have difficulties with it?

Can I temporary suspend my G.I.T service while I am not at home?
Yes. Global Interlink Telecom offers you the unique activation-deactivation service. During the time periods whilst you are not at Cumbre del Sol, you can deactivate your telephone and internet connection, keeping all the time the same telephone which was assigned to you at the moment you signed the contract.
This service only costs €10.00 + VAT
From the moment your service is deactivated Global Interlink Telecom will apply a reduced fee of €19.99 + VAT, regardless of the service you have contracted.
Please, bear in mind that all activation-deactivation queries will be only attended if they come through via post, fax or email.
